Do you know the feeling that your emotions are getting in the way or that you are full and could use it to regain your own energy? Maybe a Reconnection Journey (henceforth RJ) is something for you.

Due to the experiences we have in our lives, we store emotions in our body. Some serve us, but some also provide old information that no longer suits us. With an RJ you say goodbye to old emotions that are stored in your body and that are of no use to you anymore. The space created during the release gives way to relaxation, positive energy, self-love, peace and connection.
During the RJ we ensure that a new connection can be created between your head, heart and body. For optimal results, the healing journey is professionally guided by spoken text, meditation, singing, mantras, singing bowls/gong baths, gemstones and a head massage with the natural Chakra perfume of your choice.
The journey takes place lying down. Yoga mats, sheepskins, meditation cushion are available.
You are of course also welcome to bring your own mat/pillow/blanket.

How does a Reconnection Journey take place?
1)
A 1 on 1 session in Margreet's practice. During this healing journey you will lie on a treatment table, where Margreet will take you step by step on the journey within.
2)
During a group session. These take place throughout the country and are provided by Margreet and her husband Paulus van Veen. Check it out events for more information.
